Update: Waterford Boys Basketball game has been changed from 7:30 PM to 4:30 PM today. Wildcats will face the Denair Coyotes. Tickets can be purchased with GoFan or with cash at the door.
It was a good night for WHS basketball! Both Varsity teams beat their opponents with our girls team defeating Vanguard 29-15 and our boys team dominating 58-20 over the Delta Charter Dragons.
In order to support the increasing cost of student athletics, the southern athletic league has decided to start charging for soccer games throughout the league. Adults will be charged $7 and students will be charged $5. Tickets will be available through GoFan at the gate and in advance and with the option to purchase with cash at entry. Thank you for your continued support of our Wildcats and student athletics.
Our Wildcats took some on the chin tonight in their competitions. While our JV boys basketball walked away with a win against the Hughson Huskies 52-49, our Varsity boys lost 75-31 and our boys JV and Varsity soccer also lost their game with scores of 7-0 and 5-1. Come cheer on our boys and girls basketball teams on Thursday as they play at home starting at 5:30 and Friday at 6pm for Varsity boys basketball. Boys and girls soccer will be at Venture Academy on Thursday night. Come out and support your Wildcats!
WHS Soccer will be having its first scrimmage game tomorrow. Girls play at 4 pm and boys at 5 pm. Since it's a home game, we invite everyone to come out and show your support!

The SAL finals were today and Waterford Girls Varsity team won first place with Susannah Hall winning MVP player (first place) and Julee Arreguin, Linda Munoz and Alyssa Hewie winning All league (top 6). The Waterford Varsity Boys won 3rd place with Emilio Castillo winning MVP player and Diego Gutierrez winning all league. Congratulations, Cross Country!

What an exciting night of volleyball for our Wildcats! With the fans decked out in red, white, and blue, with pom poms and noise makers in hand, they cheered their Varsity Wildcats to victory in a neck and neck finish in three sets. JV had an equally exciting match but came up short in the end. Way to play, WHS!
