Through our partnership with Gingerich Insurance and Wellworks, we have a comprehensive wellness program available for all staff. This wellness program is above and beyond the district contribution of over $12,200/yr for healthcare, dental, and vision services.

You can access the benefits of this wellness program anytime though your Wellness Portal. In addition to the year-round benefits and services that can be accessed through the portal, WUSD will host several special events a year to help promote good health and preventative care. These include biometric screenings and health clinics on campus, as well as wellness challenges.

Wellness Portal

The Wellness Portal is an integral part of our Wellness Program. If you are a WUSD staff member, we encourage you to log into your pre-created, personal account today.

Through the wellness portal you can:

  • View your health metrics from our district screenings programs

  • Register for upcoming events and wellness challenges

  • Cash in your rewards for participating in wellness initiatives

  • Learn more about health topics, like chronic conditions, fitness, mental health, nutrition, financial wellness and more.

  • Register for webinars on health and financial planning topics, or view previously recorded webinars.

How to Access Your Wellness Portal

  • New Users

    • Username: Waterford Email Address

    • Temporary Password: Date of Birth in MMDDYYYY (ex: 01011985)

  • Returning Users

    • Enter username (Waterford email address) and pre-made password

  • Forgot Username/Password?

    • Select Forgot Username/Password link(s) or use the Chat Live feature in the bottom right corner to chat with a representative

Healthy Heart, Couch to 5K Walking Challenge!

SIGN UP

Log into your Wellworks Wellness Portal on the Wellworks for You app or online at www.wellworksforyoulogin.com

Click Challenges from the portal homepage.

Select the Couch to 5k Challenge to view the challenge dashboard and click Activate.

Select how you would like to appear on the leaderboard and click Join to become an active participant in the walking challenge.

PARTICIPATE

Sign up to participate as an individual or team. You can sync your fitness app to the Wellworks Wellness Portal, or you can manually track your steps and upload them to Wellworks.

EARN A REWARD

Participants who meet the weekly goal will be entered into the weekly prize drawing.

Participants who complete the 4-week challenge will be entered into the grand prize drawing.
